Responsibilities

- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash with precision, ensuring correct change is given.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in A&W or in restaurant is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- A passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service.
