- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing assistance as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills is essential for accurate transaction processing.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
