Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
- Wound care
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Current license with CLPNA
- Specialty certification under CLPNA license
- Vulnerable sector check
