We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist in the evaluation and diagnosis of patients. Duties
- Conduct ultrasound examinations on patients as per physician orders, ensuring accurate imaging and documentation.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort throughout the examination.
- Utilize ultrasound equipment effectively to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and examination results in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.
- Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures during all examinations.
