Car Sales Executive
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers
- Collaborate with sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Proven experience in sales or sales management preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Valid driver's license
