About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Calibration Technician to join our Quality and Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biomedical, or medical device manufacturing, and will ensure equipment calibration and compliance with industry standards including GMP and CAPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise calibration of pressure gauges, temperature sensors, transmitters, and particle measuring devices.
- Maintain calibration schedules and documentation in alignment with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Identify, investigate, and document calibration deviations; implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintain audit readiness.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality Control, Production, and Maintenance teams.
- Use diagnostic tools, calibration software, and technical manuals to execute tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in biomedical, medical device, or pharmaceutical companies required
- Deep knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
- Familiar with tools such as multimeters, temperature baths, pressure calibrators, and data acquisition systems
- Able to implement and document CAPA procedures
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with automated calibration systems
- Prior work with major pharmaceutical or medical device companies
- ISO 13485 or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment

Pay: $19.57-$37.38 per hour
