This is more than just a support role. It’s your opportunity to sit at the heart of the action – supporting our Buyers, owning reporting, influencing stock strategies, and helping shape the future of sports and fashion retail in the region.
What You’ll Do: • Support Smarter Buying • Partner with our Buyers to assist in merchandise planning, buying cycles, and inventory strategy • Provide detailed product and sales analysis that influences the product mix across stores • Become a Reporting Powerhouse • Generate weekly sales reports, trade dashboards, inventory insights, and post-season sales analysis • Identify trends, risks, and new opportunities through real-time data • Manage the Buying Process from End to End • Input purchase orders, manage supplier timelines, track deliveries, and ensure product data is always spot-on • Work closely with global brands to bring top-tier sportswear and fashion to local shelves • Brand & Supplier Relationships • Build relationships with the world’s biggest sports brands • Act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and results-driven collaboration • Inventory & Retail Support • Keep our systems tight with flawless EDI protocol, hierarchy management, and accurate reporting • Communicate with stores and visit regularly to stay in tune with the local pulse
✅Who You Are: • Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (AP21 knowledge a plus!) • Experience in a retail buying office or merchandise function • Sharp analytical mind with a love for data and detail • Passionate about fashion, sport, and streetwear • An incredible communicator, relationship builder, and multi-tasker • Excited to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
