Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential new financing clients, engage with them through various communication channels, and create credit applications for the account management team. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment while contributing to the company’s success. This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC, with a 3 days a week in office expectation.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in various industries that may benefit from equipment financing solutions
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct warm outbound calls, send emails, and utilize other methods of communication to connect with prospects and introduce our services
- Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess their eligibility, and qualify them for the account management team
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of completed credit applications and provide necessary context for effective follow-up
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems to track progress and results
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outbound calls, call conversions, and credit applications created
- Bachelors degree or diploma in business, finance, marketing, or a related field considered an asset.
- Past sales, telemarketing, or outbound call experience an asset.
- Driven to seek new business and have a natural ability at building authentic customer relationships.
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively within a Team.
- Additional languages are an asset, especially French or Spanish.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job.
- Base salary for this role starts at $45,000.00/year with additional incentives that can bring your salary up to $53,000.00 to $65,000.00 OTE.
