Overview

This is a full-time, in-person role from Monday to Friday, offering extended health benefits and ongoing training opportunities. The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional, and polished, with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision—consistently delivering top-tier office support services.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team and departmental staff
- Assist with standardizing processes across the company
- Understand the full cycle from quoting, procuring, invoicing to completion of payment processing.
- Support onboarding and training logistics for new hires.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Support the team by coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and understanding the full-cycle of inhouse software programs used.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and enhance overall productivity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Post-secondary education with a business/accounting focus preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge MS Office 365 and proficient with general office applications and familiarity with phone systems.
- QuickBooks Desktop experience is a must.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a teamplayer.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Clear criminal record.
