We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Operate the Micros POS system for processing customer orders and payments efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in food handling and serving, ensuring that all food safety protocols are followed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote menu items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
