Job Summary
We’re looking for a Bulk Tank Milk Grader/Driver to join our team. This role includes evaluating raw milk quality at pick-up, maintaining compliance with grading standards, and transporting milk to processing facilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Grade and assess raw milk during pick-up and transit
- Safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
- Ensure all health, safety, and milk handling regulations are followed
- Maintain accurate records and report quality concerns
- Collaborate with dispatch, farmers, receivers, mechanics, and fellow drivers
- Adhere to a year-round schedule (milk is picked up 365 days/year)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years minimum of commercial driving experience (we need to see this with a letter of experience from insurance!)
- Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract
- Experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
You will need to provide us with the following:
- CVOR Driver Abstract
- Copy of your Driver’s Licence
- Letter of Experience from your Commercial Insurance Provider
