We are looking for a passionate individual excited about joining our team as Building Inspector III. This position is responsible for The Building Inspector III position is responsible for plan checking and field inspections involving all buildings falling within the scope of Part 3 and 9 of the BC Building Code including related plumbing inspections. This position is a senior level building inspector, and will provide technical guidance and advice to other City Building Officials.

This position falls within the Collective Agreement between the City of Salmon Arm and CUPE 1908. The hourly pay rate for the Building Inspector III position is $46.81/hr and includes an excellent benefit package.
