Chamba Cannabis Co is seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are very knowledgeable about the cannabis industry. The ideal candidate should be able to use their customer service and expert cannabis knowledge to guide consumers through our experience while following all industry regulations and guidelines. For this position, we are looking for availability from Monday to Wednesday, with possible availability through the remainder of the week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Report to the Store Manager/Assistant Managers/Shift Managers

· Deliver exceptional customer service and greet customers in a friendly professional manner

· Responsible for preparing and processing POS transactions (cash handling, debit/credit, receipts)

· Budtenders should have extensive knowledge on all products available in-store and about the industry in general

· Budtenders should understand how the rules of recreational cannabis differs from the rules of medical cannabis and what are the general guidelines between the two sub sectors of the industry

· Resolve customer complaints and guide them to appropriate solution

· Comply with all AGCO guidelines

· Complete ID checks on all customers without exception

· Maintain adequate stock and accurate inventory counts

· Cultivate long term-customer relationships by providing superior customer service

· Assist in tidiness and cleanliness of store

· Provide feedback to management on customer experience and product variation

· If able, run deliveries during our delivery window (majority of shift will be spent in shop assisting customers and management with deliveries being run @ 6pm)

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be 19 years of age or older

· Must be able to pass a Basic Criminal Background Check

· Must have completed CannSell(SLGA) certification prior to the start date

· Previous retail experience preferred

· Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle an asset

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and listening skills

· In-depth knowledge of products, accessories and consumption methods

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including holidays and weekends)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour
