Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bridal Consultant to join our team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding attire. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure an unforgettable experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Assist brides-to-be in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories
- Knowledge of basic computer programs
- Looking presentable and professional for every shift
- Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, from initial consultation to final fitting
- Assisting in day to day tasks such as cleaning, changing displays organizing new stock and putting away customer orders
- Process sales transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail or bridal environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Energetic and self motivated
- Patient and punctual- we don't ever leave our customers waiting so time management is key
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and appointments
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current bridal trends
- Must be able to works Saturdays!!
- Wage will be dependent on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50-$25.00 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
