Duties
- Perform meat cutting and preparation tasks, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

- Package meat products for display and sale, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area, following all sanitation guidelines.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist in stock management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in butchery or meat cutting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Kitchen experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
