BOOKEEPER REQUIRED
Thomson Mahoney Delorey LLP - London, ON
Full-time position (35 hours) for mid-size Law firm. Must have 2 or more years experience in bookkeeping with emphasis on PC Law Software. This is an ON-SITE position.
Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. We require someone that has good written skills, knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and most importantly PC Law Software.
REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:
- Good communication skills are necessary with Lawyers, Staff and Banking personnel
- Understand and Maintain Confidentiality
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable including preparing cheques, daily postings and monthly reconciliations of both Trust and General Accounts
- Preparing monthly financial reports for Partners and Associates
- Maintain professional interaction with clients
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills
- Be familiar with banking procedures
- Be proficient typist
- Time management skills
