Royal Living Development Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in full-cycle accounting. Royal Living Development Group is a Southern Ontario company that specializes in the design and construction of modern luxury homes.
The successful candidate will have experience in a full cycle bookkeeping function and an extensive background working in the construction industry and with Quickbooks Software. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, reporting directly to the owner. Strong computer skills are a must and knowledge of Excel and Word are an asset.
RESPONSIBILITES (but not limited to):
- Payroll
- Tax Remittances (HST, etc)
- Construction Draws
- Enter/Pay Invoices
- Allocate Item Numbers & Jobs
- Track Trade Invoices
- Budgets
- Reconciliations and Monthly Statements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
