Key Responsibilities:-
Assess vehicle damage and identify necessary repairs

Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for collision repairs

Ensure invoices match original estimates and identify any discrepancies

Submit supplementary documentation to insurers, including estimates, photos, and parts/service invoices

Maintain open communication with technicians throughout the repair process

Collaborate effectively with insurance adjusters and maintain strong working relationships

Stay current with industry standards, repair procedures, and best practices

Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer questions and concerns

Keep thorough and up-to-date documentation on estimates and repair evaluation

- Automotive technical experience, especially related to body repair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
