We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team in the position of Bilingual Sales Support Representative!
The Sales Support Representative, a central member of the Sales Support Team, delivers an exceptional experience for our Dealers and Sales Teams. Primarily responsible for client and sales support regarding Fuzion products and services, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, entering and validating order data for accurate processing, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Please note this is a 12-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and sales teams with friendly, efficient communication and direct sales support.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts by way of order entry/management, product support, on-time delivery, shipping needs, determining freight charges within guidelines, sample orders, and return requests
- Management of private label accounts, accompanied by the above tasks, includes direct communication/coordination with Marketing and Warehouse Teams with respect to product availability and label management.
- Identify additional sales opportunities with product substitutions, accessories and new products.
- Liaise with Accounting, Warehouse & Supply Chain Teams with respect to credit holds, and product updates & shipping details.
- Answer telephone calls in queue/overflow and e-mails with response to stock checks inquiries, technical assistance with products/applications, Dealer Portal support and general inquiries.
- Review back-order & goods receipt reports daily for proactive attention to product availability and date change requirements, and monitoring inventory transfer requests/management thereof
- Participate with engagement in Team Meetings, Huddles, One on One’s and all training sessions
- Provide coverage for other members of the team as needed for vacation and other absences.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Bilingual French/English required
- 3-5 years Customer Service/Inside Sales Experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Able to quickly pivot in high paced environments with strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of company policies, procedures, SLA’, products, specifications
- SAP Business One / ERP systems an asset
- CRM Experience an asset
