Your Mission:
- Lead the implementation of strategic priorities to enhance the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care in various therapeutic areas across Canada.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of Nurse Resource Partners (NRP) and Field Reimbursement Specialists.
- Work alongside Strategic Partner Relations to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify barriers to patient care and collaborate with Coverdale, Pharmacy, NavieGo PSP to alleviate.
- Model the consultative role the team uses to teach and support their colleagues in the field.
- Identify and develop programs for continuous learning and sharing of expertise amongst the NRP and Field Reimbursement team.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners at a local, provincial and national level.
- Enable standardized training across all Nurse Resource Partners to ensure consistency while enhancing therapeutic area expertise through targeted education and ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Participate in the development of business cases with SPR, assess fiscal viability and ongoing business case effectiveness.
- Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in good standing is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required
- 5+ years of people management experience in healthcare, preferably in a community, specialty pharma, or PSP environment.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, program expansion, or clinical operations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess and articulate ROI and operational feasibility.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
- Skilled in developing and implementing standardized training programs across multiple regions or functions.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with external partners (e.g., physicians, clinics, payers, pharmacy providers).
- English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
