BILINGUAL CREDIT & COLLECTIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to the Credit Manager, the successful candidate will analyze, review, process credit applications, perform collections on overdue accounts in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining customer relationships, and actively resolve customer account challenges.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and has completed, or is interested in completing the Credit Institute of Canada Certified Credit Professional program and has a minimum of one to three years of credit, collections and customer service experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Excellent communication skills in English and French (listening/verbal/written) are required, with emphasis on active listening, probing and negotiation skills. Interpersonal, analytical problem solving, time and priority management skills, and basic computer literacy (e.g. MS Office) are necessary for success.
