Who Are We Looking For?

This hybrid to remote position is responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling installation appointments, data entry, and outbound scheduling. There are no sales involved.

This position requires excellent communication skills, basic skills with Microsoft Office, and someone who takes pride in their work. This is a full-time position that is hybrid and flexible. Successful incumbents will find themselves in a friendly, team-oriented environment that places emphasis on growth, development, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone seeking office-based experience.
