is looking for a full-time Bilingual Clinical Coordinator for one our our pharmaceutical client located in Montreal, QC ! The Bilingual Clinical Coordinator (CC) assists patients with a specific medication prescribed by their physician. The CC assists patients by organizing and scheduling services offered by the patient support program, while always ensuring a high quality of customer service.

Accountabilities:

  • Perform an in-depth review of multiple data files from External Service Providers for select Patient Support Programs (PSP);
  • Identify possible Adverse Events (AEs) within data files;
  • Prepare an AE Report corresponding to every identified AE;
  • Review quality of report with great attention to detail and submit the AE reports to local DS&E;
  • Reconcile case number provided by DS&E;
  • Track all AE reports with corresponding case number for quarterly AE reconciliation by PSP;
  • Continuously ensure compliance with global and local procedures, national and international regulations, standards and guidelines for all pharmacovigilance of our products;
  • Support ongoing projects within the PSP Innovations Team.
  • Fulfil other duties as required.

  • Ability to respond diplomatically and professional to internal/external clients;

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Intermediate English and French bilingualism; written and oral.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of PSP experience.

Working Conditions and / or Job Requirements:

  • Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings, to support operations requirements
