The Beverage Cart Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while providing food and beverage service to golfers on the course. This role plays an important part in enhancing the overall golf experience by ensuring friendly, efficient, and timely service. May be requested to help in banquets as well. Reports to the Founders Restaurant Front of House Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the beverage cart on the golf course in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve beverages and snacks in compliance with NSLC regulations.
- Handle cash, credit card, and member charges accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels of the beverage cart at all times.
- Promote daily specials, upsell items, and provide recommendations to guests.
- Monitor and follow responsible alcohol service policies.
- Communicate effectively with the clubhouse staff regarding inventory needs, guest concerns, or course conditions.
- Assist with other Food & Beverage duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous customer service or serving experience preferred.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Nova Scotia.
- Responsible Beverage Service (Serve Right) certification considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and guest-focused personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available for shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: From $15.70 per hour
