About the Role:
As a Bell Person, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, guest-facing role. From offering luggage assistance to supporting with valet services, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests on arrival, assist with luggage, and guide them to the Front Desk
Help departing guests by transporting luggage to their car or the lobby
Provide valet parking service, including explaining retrieval procedures
Assist with Ski and Bike Valet depending on the season
Manage luggage storage, ensuring all items are properly tagged and stored
Provide occasional support to the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
Collaborate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth and personalized guest service
This position requires:
A valid full BC driver’s license
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Previous experience in customer service; hospitality experience is an asset
Ability to lift and move luggage and equipment safely
