Singh’s Arcade isn’t your average café, we’ve taken a 100-year-old movie theatre and turned it into a creative community space. We serve great coffee, host private events, run a retro arcade, and collaborate with local creators. We’re looking for versatile baristas who bring more than just a good pour, we want people who can help us grow.
We’re Hiring for 3 Barista Roles:
You’ll work as a barista first, but you’ll also take ownership of one of the following focus areas:
1. Barista + Sales Outreach
You’re a people person who loves chatting and making connections.
Extra Responsibilities:
- Visit local offices, schools, and businesses to promote the space
- Bring in new group bookings, catering clients, and brand partners
- Follow up with leads and track outreach
Bonus: Commission for every successful lead or event booked
2. Barista + Event Coordinator
You’re organized and love creating memorable experiences.
Extra Responsibilities:
- Coordinate private bookings, birthdays, pop-ups, etc.
- Prep the space, follow checklists, and make sure events go smoothly
- Communicate with clients and handle scheduling
Bonus: Event-day bonuses and opportunity to build a portfolio
3. Barista + Instagram/DM Manager
You’re the kind of person who instinctively grabs a photo when the light is good.
Extra Responsibilities:
- Keep our Instagram story active throughout the day
- Reply to DMs and handle casual outreach to schools, creators, and fans
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and help keep our brand voice fun and real
Bonus: Great experience for anyone interested in digital marketing
