Part-Time Barista / Server / Front of House Cashier
Location: Anima Romana Bakery
Shifts: Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Anima Romana Bakery is on the hunt for a warm, energetic, and reliable team member to join our front-of-house crew. If you love the smell of fresh bread in the morning, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy making people smile, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and a smile
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and light food items
- Handle transactions at the register with accuracy and care
- Keep the front of house clean, organized, and inviting
- Support the team with opening and closing duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a café, bakery, or hospitality setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to up-sell and recommend products to customers
- Punctuality and consistency—only candidates available every Thursday to Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM will be considered
