Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic baristas to join our Crème team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast paced environment. You will also assist with cocktail orders, process orders, and ensure a positive experience for our guests. Duties
- Greet guests at the door warmly and provide an elevated guest experience.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Previous experience in Barista training and everything coffee
- Knowledge of food preparation, food service, and food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to multitask*
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
