Main responsibilities:
- Weekly front of house (FOH) ordering for liquor, wine, beer
- Ensuring all orders were received & checked-off
- On-going inventory management to ensure accurate par levels
- Invoice tracking
- training/developing bartenders (leading by example)
- Track inventory effectively to reduce product loss & waste
- Attend weekly Management operations meeting as necessary
- Conduct weekly inventory & period end counts and enter into Bevspot
- Assist in writing the weekly bar schedule with the GM
- Create product-driven initiatives to build sales
- Ensure world-class customer service from all bar staff
- Champion the cocktail list with proper pouring and perfect recipe use
- Ensure cleaning duties and checklists are completed daily
- Complete the Bar Manager Variance Report
