We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service during events and functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Clear tables and reset for the next course or event as required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
