Currently we have an opportunity for Bakery Plant Manager at our 11 Canadian Road, Scarborough location. Your skills that we need for our team are:
· To oversee the manufacturing plant's operations, provide leadership and to ensure that budget and production deadlines are met.
· Provide guidance in developing purchasing, product design / development, site standards, and process control
· Experience with the systematic activity combining both basic and applied research aimed at discovering new products or discovering new knowledge for improving the effectiveness of existing products for the innovation of business enterprises
5 years of Bakery Manufacturing experience in a senior position required.
