This job is responsible for organising the production for the day, keeping other staff members on schedule and ensuring a positive work environment for all.
Requirements:
- Passion for baking as well as previous experience
- Willing to train and learn in a scratch bakery
- Bright and cheerful attitude
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Team player
- Previous supervisor or managing experience
