Job Title: Part-Time Nanny/House AdministratorJob Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and experienced Part-Time Nanny to join our family. This role requires someone who can not only care for our children but also manage household tasks. The position operates on a week-on, week-off schedule and requires a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and a completed background check.
Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, both educational and recreational.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
- Assist with homework and school projects.
- Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments.
Household Administration:
- Manage household schedules and coordinate appointments.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and dry cleaning.
- Light housekeeping duties, including tidying up children's areas and common spaces.
- Household Laundry
- Organize and maintain household supplies.
- Handle basic household administrative tasks such as sorting mail and managing family calendar.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a nanny or childcare role.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Willingness to undergo a background check/police check.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to accommodate changes in schedule or additional hours as needed.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Schedule:
- Part-time, week-on, week-off basis.
- Potential for occasional evening or weekend hours.
Compensation:
- $20-$23 an hour based on experience levels and fit.
