Job Title: Sales Manager – Recruitment & Security Services
Location: Hybrid – Richmond/Surrey, BC
Salary: CA$60,000.00 – CA$75,000.00 per year (plus uncapped commissions)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager from the recruitment or security industry with proven sales success in Canada. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry connections, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to drive business growth across multiple service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and target new clients in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and security services.
- Prospect, cold call, and network to generate qualified leads.
- Develop tailored proposals and present service offerings to decision-makers.
Account Management & Client Retention
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to meet client requirements.
- Resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach.
Market Growth & Industry Presence
- Conduct regular client site visits to understand operational needs.
- Keep informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory updates.
- Attend networking events, tradeshows, and industry meetings to promote Glen Recruiters and Karas Security.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and HR teams to support company growth strategies.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of sales or account management experience in the recruitment, staffing, or security industry.
- Proven track record in generating new business and managing high-value client relationships in Canada.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of employment standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
- Uncapped Commissions: Potential earnings of $40,000 – $60,000+
