We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This position is ideal for someone who is competitive, results-focused, and understands that success comes from consistently achieving sales targets and promoting vehicles, warranties, and dealer services.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
- Present and promote dealership products including extended warranties and protection plans
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat/referral business
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of all inventory
- Complete all required sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies
- Work towards and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in sales (automotive experience is an asset, but not required)
- Strong proficiency in English; fluency in French or other languages is a strong plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
