Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Manager in managing the service department’s operations.
- Supervise and mentor service advisors and technicians to maintain high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor workflow and service schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Uphold dealership policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in an automotive service department (dealership experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and service management software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
