PAG Collision Center is looking for an experienced Automotive Body Painter to join our team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, team mindset, independent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards work. The facility is very busy and quality standards are high – we value good work and offer top industry-standard competitive compensation (including benefits after 90 days) to successful candidates who consistently and efficiently produce high-quality work. Candidates will be put on flat rate pay.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and masking repaired panels based on work orders provided
- Refinishing to OEM/paint manufacturer specifications(AXALTA)
- Refinishing to colour specifications
- Polishing all completed work
- Maintaining clean work environment and following health and safety standards
Job Requirements
- 2 years working in the field
- Prepping/Masking Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have own tools for the required job.
