What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate the team to meet store goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
- Manage store appearance, merchandising, and inventory flow
- Assist with scheduling, cycle counts, and day-to-day operations
- Communicate effectively with store leadership and regional management
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and health-focused atmosphere
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail or leadership experience
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of accountability and team support
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
