Key Responsibilities
- Assist with store operations: merchandising, inventory, and sales management
- Lead and support team members to achieve sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop new employees
- Manage payroll and cash handling to ensure compliance
- Implement marketing strategies to boost store visibility
- Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct inventory checks and optimize stock levels
Requirements
- Experience in retail management or supervisory roles with solid knowledge of store operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred to better serve our customers
- Background in sales, marketing, or customer service is an asset
