Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the overseeing the daily operations of our retail store alongside the Manager and Owner, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a culture of acceptance and happiness. This is a part-time position.
Duties:
- support managing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stored inventory
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store appearance
