Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Alberta Cardiology and Medical. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our practice, ensuring excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support the management team in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee administrative tasks including patient records management and appointment scheduling.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care services.
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in administrative roles within a healthcare or retail environment is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cashiering systems and POS technology is a plus.

Pay: $17.16-$18.17 per hour
