We are looking for an experienced and motivated supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, understanding and exceeding the needs of current and new customers, and upholding a VERY high level of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, a proven track record of success in service, and the ability to think on their feet.
Responsibilities:
- reports and works closely with company Founder and General Manager
- Schedule supervise staff keeping wage cost within fixed perimeters
- book events
- increase new sales
- maintain inventory
- light food prep and cooking
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- uphold a high level of service
- Demonstrate product knowledge and features to customers.
- handle a busy room
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
Must have at least 7 years restaurant/bar experience OR 2 years restaurant/bar management.
