Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. New fabrication and repairs to engines and generators. Low voltage electrical assembly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products using hand and power tools, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble various components according to specifications.
- Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during the assembly process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
