We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, deal-savvy Offer Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to managing the negotiation and sale phase of practice transitions, acting as the primary point of contact for structuring, reviewing, and finalizing offers.
About the Role:
As an Offer Manager, you’ll work closely with sellers, buyers, brokers, legal teams, and financial advisors to facilitate the sale of practices. You’ll be responsible for managing offer processes, guiding negotiations, and ensuring all elements of a sale are handled with precision, professionalism, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for managing offers from potential buyers.
- Review Letters of Intent (LOIs), purchase agreements, and offer documentation.
- Work closely with brokers, consultants, and legal counsel to ensure offer terms align with client goals.
- Coordinate communication between all parties.
- Track, manage, and report on deal status through to final closing.
- Identify risks or deal-breakers early in the process and propose solutions to keep transactions on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales support, offer management, M&A, legal coordination, or transaction management.
- Strong understanding of contracts, deal flow, and business negotiations (experience with healthcare or dental industry is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with legal and financial language in a transactional context.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
