The challenges that await you
Performs various tasks involving the exchange of information related to the enforcement of municipal regulations concerning animals and files managed by the animal management team of the Service.
- Travels within the Laval territory and distributes communication tools (door hangers, brochures, leaflets, etc.) to raise public awareness of the municipal regulation. At certain events, meets with citizens to inform them about the regulation.
- Receives and filters telephone calls and forwards them to the relevant individuals. Provides general information regarding the animal regulation.
- Enters and updates various data concerning requests and complaints, as well as all related information according to the database used.
Hold a secondary school diploma (DES);
Have six (6) months of relevant experience for the position, as described in the summary above;
- Possess a valid class 5 driver's license.
From September to May, Monday to Thursday from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM. For June, July, and August, Monday to Thursday from 11:15 AM to 8:30 PM.
