As a process engineering analyst, you will be responsible for working with a team of engineers and analysts in conducting process and data analysis on assigned projects. You will collaborate with project stakeholders in collecting project requirements, developing process maps, conducting detailed data analysis, and time study.
In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite at our Brampton, ON distribution center.

What you’ll do:
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify quantifiable continuous improvement opportunities in existing business processes.
- Lead DC layout optimization and labor efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Support major project planning and the implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering team members and key stakeholders to gather project requirements. Propose creative and effective design solutions, and convert high-level concepts into detailed, actionable plans for execution on the floor.
- Serve as the liaison between the engineering team and DC operations to support day-to-day operations and address seasonal challenges.
- Develop forecasting models using processed data.
- Perform quantitative simulations.
What we’re looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in process engineering.
- Experience with data analytics tools like SQL (PL/SQL), VBA and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Statistics, MS Visio.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally in an agile environment.
- Experience with modern WMS, ASRS and WFM is a bonus.
- Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD are a bonus.
- Certification in Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt is a bonus.
