FKA is looking for a full-time Production Manager in Edmonton or Toronto with three or more years of experience to join our growing team.

At FKA, you’ll be part of the Service Delivery team that works closely with all our internal teams, including Creative Services, Media Services, Strategy, Client Services and Operations, as well as with clients, external vendors and contractors.
What you will do:
- Plan the logistics and supervise the execution of some of our clients’ advertising campaigns, which can include digital, video, audio and print assets
- Create project plans and budgets in our agency management system
- Develop ad spec documents based on media plans
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the work
- Ensure the work is delivered on time and on budget
- Manage the production of multiple campaigns at the same time
- Develop workflows and systems to keep the work organized
- Assist the team with internal projects
What you bring to the role:
- At least three years of relevant experience in production management in the field(s) of marketing or media
- Proven to be someone who takes initiative and is detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, a critical thinker and incredibly organized
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people
- Experience working in marketing/advertising production
- Relevant education in marketing or project management is an asset
The salary range for this position is $55,700 to $72,400 depending on experience and qualifications.
FKA offers all team members residing outside of Edmonton (in cities across Canada) a remote work arrangement.
