About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Afternoon Receptionist to join our Ford dealership team. As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive professional, welcoming service and that daily administrative operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting all guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Provide assistance to guests in person, by phone, and via email with prompt and accurate information.
- Complete licensing and documentation tasks accurately and on time.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties as required.
- Support dealership staff and contribute to smooth daily operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership or administrative reception experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
