Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our sales & marketing team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies and foster relationships with clients. This is a contract, remote position. You’ll lead the development and management of Wigalert’s affiliate program from the ground up, building partnerships that expand our reach and drive sales.
Duties
- Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners and influencers
- Negotiate contracts and commission structures
- Manage day-to-day affiliate communications and relationships
- Develop creative strategies to drive traffic and conversions through affiliates
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall brand goals.

Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales
- Sales management or affiliate program management experience

- Experience in the e-commerce or beauty/fashion industry is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Pay: $42,067.40-$151,053.86 per year
