Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will support the Facility Management team with multiple administrative and operational tasks and will be responsible for Moneris' reception as the first point of interaction for visitors, guests and staff. You will report to the Manager, Facilities Management.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke location working 100% onsite

Reporting Relationship : You will report to Team Lead, Facilities Management

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Receive and direct any communications to staff and departments promptly and
  • Maintain accurate logs of staff and visitors, issue access cards and visitor pass, assist teams with new hires and terminations administration
  • Data entry and typing of several documents, including preparing multiple invoices and updating spreadsheets; photocopying, scanning and mass mailings
  • Provide timely clerical support, such as filing, faxing, processing invoices, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Organize meetings and meeting schedules for each department including room logistics, catering needs, obtaining appropriate information from attendees
  • Order supplies and manage a records database of inventory
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner following Moneris's visitor policy

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • High School Diploma
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally
